2. Solution and Proposal<\/h4>

Economic Proposal + Graphical Schemplan.<\/strong>We calculate and quantify the chosen options (economy vs. speed vs. durability) so that you can make a decision with full visibility.<\/p>

3. Detail Engineering<\/h4>

Once the order is approved, detail engineering begins: the structure is recalculated <\/strong>and connections are developed according to Eurocodes<\/strong>. The IFC model is then generated, accompanied by the justification calculation report for site management to review and validate.<\/p>

4. Production Order <\/h4>

Once the IFC model is validated, the model is finalized and the manufacturing file is generated <\/strong>according to the required execution level: listings and NC (Numerical Control) files, general drawings, sections, piece-by-piece drawings, anchoring, and assembly.<\/p>

5. Procurement Management<\/h4>

During the engineering and validation phase, stock and lamination alternatives are analyzed and compared with suppliers<\/strong> to ensure that materials arrive according to the production schedule.<\/p>

6. Receipt and Classification<\/h4>

Materials are received and verified<\/strong>, and certificates are registered to ensure traceability. Batches are classified according to the required surface treatment. <\/p>

7. Treatment<\/h4>

After material receipt and classification, the batches are sent to the shot-blasting and shop-primer<\/strong> line or are labeled for manufacturing and the chosen treatment. Depending on the project, galvanization, basic protection, or paint systems designed for C1\u2013C5 environments are applied<\/g>. In cases requiring fire resistance<\/strong> (EI30, EI60, EI90), after shot-blasting and priming, intumescent paint is applied at the end of manufacturing. Its thickness is calculated to guarantee the required resistance time. <\/p>

8. Fabrication of welded plate girders (built-up sections)<\/h4>

We produce Welded Built-Up Sections<\/strong> (WBS) on the automatic JUWELD – TwinArc line (double-wire submerged arc process). This system allows for straight or variable inertia profiles up to 1.5 m wide and 30 mm thick, with lengths up to 16 m<\/g> and a guaranteed weld penetration of 3.1 mm. The output profiles are subsequently directed to CNC machining (phase 9) or, depending on the planning, directly to welding (phase 11). <\/p>

9. NC Machining<\/h4>

Material batches per project arrive via the roller and transfer system to the cutting and drilling lines<\/strong>. They proceed to cutting and drilling: profiles \u2264 350\u00d7350 mm (up to 12 m) by CNC laser, and the rest by plasma robot<\/g> (up to 1,200\u00d7600 mm and 21 m). Each piece is marked at the start of the process. The output pieces are identified with their engraved mark<\/strong>, and are directed by rollers\/transfer to the shot-blasting and painting line or to the fabrication area. <\/p>

10. Fabrication and Control<\/h4>

The machined parts are assembled<\/strong> in the fabrication area, operating in two shifts (6:00 \u2013 22:00). Following the production system and the order’s execution level, spot checks are carried out<\/strong>, and all parts are labeled with a metal plate engraved <\/strong>with the job number and the shipping piece number. <\/p>

11. Welding and Control<\/h4>

The identified parts are welded according to the welding<\/strong> plan and production order. Dimensional controls, penetrant testing (liquids), and ultrasonic testing are performed. <\/p>

12. Final Finish<\/h4>

After welding, the chosen paint system and RAL color are applied. The metal labels ensure the traceability of each component. <\/p>

13. Packaging and Strapping<\/h4>

Once painting and drying time are complete, the pieces are prepared in batches by delivery order and strapped<\/strong>, awaiting loading.<\/p>

14. Loading and Transport<\/h4>

National or international transport <\/strong>by truck or container is coordinated. Loads are planned to maximize space and are secured with wooden reinforcements<\/g>, preventing displacement and accidents during transit. This ensures the goods arrive intact and ready<\/strong> for on-site unloading. <\/p>

15. On-site Receipt<\/h4>

The unloading and condition of the materials on-site are supervised. We verify that the assembly area is clear according to the planning communicated to the client. The pieces are then strategically stockpiled and the necessary team and means are organized, allowing a 10,000 m\u00b2 warehouse to be assembled in just 2 weeks<\/strong> with a team of 5 people. <\/p>

16. Setting-out Certificate (Acta de Replanteo)<\/h4>

Before starting assembly, Jansa Metal performs the Preliminary Setting-out Certificate<\/strong>: inspection of the anchors placed by the contractor before concreting to verify their correct positioning. After concreting, the Final Setting-out Certificate<\/strong> is issued to check that the anchors maintain the necessary position and level reservation for leveling. <\/p>

17. Assembly<\/h4>

Assembly is carried out by teams of 3, with 2 aerial work platforms and a mobile crane; the number of teams and resources will depend on point 15.<\/p>

18. Reception Certificate<\/h4>

Once assembly is finished, we conduct an exhaustive review with the client and\/or site management, and the acceptance certificate is issued. Jansa delivers the CE Mark report and the Declaration of Performance according to EN 1090. <\/p>
