Et c&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;appara\u00eet une question importante pour l&rsquo;Espagne. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:50px;margin-bottom:30px\">D\u00e9mystifier le mythe : l&rsquo;Espagne est bel et bien une zone sismique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On pense souvent que les s\u00e9ismes majeurs sont un probl\u00e8me propre au Japon, \u00e0 la Californie ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique latine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:-20px;padding-top:0px\">La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est tout autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:-20px\">L&rsquo;Espagne dispose d&rsquo;une norme sp\u00e9cifique relative \u00e0 la construction parasismique, la <strong>NCSE-02<\/strong>, approuv\u00e9e par le d\u00e9cret royal n\u00b0 997\/2002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" sismiques dans des r\u00e9gions telles que la Catalogne, la Communaut\u00e9 valencienne, la Navarre ou les Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:-20px\">En d&rsquo;autres termes : la conception parasismique n&rsquo;est pas une pr\u00e9occupation propre au sud de l&rsquo;Espagne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:-20px\">Par ailleurs, le s\u00e9isme de Lorca de 2011 a mis en \u00e9vidence la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de continuer \u00e0 faire \u00e9voluer la r\u00e9glementation et de l&rsquo;aligner progressivement sur les crit\u00e8res les plus avanc\u00e9s de l&rsquo;Eurocode 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-top:50px\">Ce que le Japon nous apprend en mati\u00e8re de construction parasismique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie sismique, le Japon reste la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence mondiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:-20px\">Il est d&rsquo;ailleurs int\u00e9ressant de constater que l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie japonaise ne s&rsquo;est pas limit\u00e9e \u00e0 la construction de b\u00e2timents plus r\u00e9sistants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:-20px\">L&rsquo;objectif actuel est bien plus ambitieux : <strong>emp\u00eacher l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie du s\u00e9isme d&rsquo;atteindre la structure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:-20px\">Les trois grandes strat\u00e9gies actuellement mises en \u0153uvre sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-60e51e17\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Taishin : r\u00e9sister au s\u00e9isme<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La structure r\u00e9siste aux forces sismiques gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9sistance sp\u00e9cialement dimensionn\u00e9s \u00e0 cet effet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-0308f226\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Seishin : dissiper l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le b\u00e2timent est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;amortisseurs et de dissipateurs qui absorbent une partie de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par le s\u00e9isme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-495220e6\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Menshin : isolation sismique<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La structure est physiquement d\u00e9coupl\u00e9e du sol gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des isolateurs sp\u00e9ciaux install\u00e9s \u00e0 la base, ce qui r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations transmises au b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le message est clair :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
